Getting Started with Platinum

Hello Sis’!

I’m witnessing something really amazing here…

As you take this very first step onto the G.R.A.C.E. P.A.T.H., your G.P.S (God’s Positioning System) is warming up. It’s locating your current longitude and latitude and calculating your navigational route based on those precise coordinates. 

Isn’t it exciting?

It’s not only about going from Point A to Point B, it’s about making the most of this (transformational)  journey…

There are some LANDMARKs you thought were safe but are now flooded. There are new bridges that have been built to make the trek easier and pebble roads most walkers miss that deliver spectacular views.

On the map, it’s all rather nuanced. But, no one knows these LANDMARKs better than the One who cleared the trees and etched those LANDMARK ways in the landscape. And, under the guidance of the Master Navigator, each twist and turn is perfectly positioned. 

It’s a journey like none other and you, my sister, will never be the same. 

Welcome to Grace Filled Plate Platinum! 

What to Expect

Now, we’re going to dig into what’s ahead in a bit more detail. This is nothing you need to memorize, but will be something you’ll likely come back to.

PLATINUM STRUCTURE 

Grace Filled Plate Platinum is a 6-month program that will take you along the G.R.A.C.E. P.A.T.H. Each letter represents a “Landmark” along the way. 

While no journey is ever linear (or 100% predictable), these are the Landmarks laid ahead for you:

G- Get ready for a transformation 

R- Reject the diet mentality

A- Align your body image with God's Word

C- Craft a vision and plan for your health 

E- Establish your habits

P- Practice on purpose

A- Apply God's Word to your limiting beliefs

T- Transform your  nutrition (while staying sane)

H- Handle challenges like a pro

Within each Landmark, there will  be several Mile Markers. Each Mile Marker is intended to take one week. 

However, we also understand that there may be times when life gets busy or an unexpected emergency needs to take front and center. That’s ok. Just let your team know and use this time to meditate on your lessons and practice your habit. 

Each Mile Marker will have about three strides (a.k.a. lessons) that will take about 30-45 minutes total to complete.

Mile Markers also include a supportive Chew the Word Bible Study with five daily studies and one Weekly Reflection. These will take about 15-30 minutes, depending on how deep you dive. 

PLATINUM RESOURCES

With Grace Filled Plate Platinum, you’ll gain access to a TON of helpful resources...at the right time.

My goal is to guide you by the hand, step-by-step along the way, giving you just what you need when you need it. 

This means that Platinum will look very sleek and simple as you begin. But, you’ll have a clear vision of what you need to do and the tools you need to complete the lessons. No more, no less. 

Landmarks and Mile Markers will be unlocked on schedule. For example, you’ll not see our second Landmark, Landmark R, until the Saturday prior to its start (so that you can print your Guidebook).  

PLATINUM SUPPORT 

Support is key and you’ll have all you need here at Platinum! 

FACEBOOK GROUP

Our private Facebook community is like no other– a grace-filled space where women just like you are seeking to serve the Lord with their heart, soul, mind, and strength.  

It’s a fun group discussion and support. And I believe it will become your cozy space on the internet where you can share your struggles, victories, and...just be you. 

GROUP CALLS

Each month, we have:

  • 2 Coaching Calls with Brandice where you can get real-time coaching (or submit your questions ahead of time). These calls are recorded and will be added to the Canteen.
  • 2 Water Breaks with your Community Manager, Ginger, where you’ll discuss the most recent Mile Markers. These calls are not recorded to allow ladies to feel completely comfortable sharing. 

Once you're in Platinum, you can always check the dates in your Platinum Calendar in the top menu of your course. 

In between our live calls, post your questions in the comment section of your course (there’s one in every lesson) or in our Facebook group, or you can email Brandice for personal questions. 

However, I do encourage you to share in and with the group, as being vulnerable is only going to help you (and others!) on the journey!
